WHO WE ARE: Dennis B. Maluchnik

Dennis B. Maluchnik, Chief Financial Officer and Controller. Prior to joining Westgate Financial in 1993, Mr. Maluchnik was a Senior Accountant with the firm of Merdinger, Fruchter, Rosen and Corso, PC. Mr. Maluchnik is a Certified Public Accountant of the State of New York and a member of the American Institute and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Maluchnik graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with degrees in both Accounting and Taxation. Mr. Maluchnik is an adjunct instructor in the fields of Accounting and Economics, currently teaching at Hudson County Community College.
