WHO WE ARE: Richard I. Simon

Richard I. Simon, Vice President and General Counsel, joined Westgate after serving as a managing partner of the law firm he established in 1978. While in private practice, Mr. Simon concentrated in commercial and real estate law and providing general counsel services to clients in the manufacturing and service industries. Having represented borrowers, lenders, and factors, Mr. Simon understands the needs of both the factor and the client.
